PDC asks families to answer two (2) questions about household income. This provides funding for the district, but you may decline to state.

2 • STUDENT INFORMATION
REVIEW ALL INFORMATION FOR ACCURACY
- Don't forget the after-school pick-up (P/U) for each day
- Click to correct or update any information
- Use the pull-downs to select the accurate after-school pick-up option, Monday–Friday
- Once everything is correct, click

3 • CONTACT INFORMATION
YOUR EMAIL CANNOT BE EDITED
It’s locked, because it’s used to log in. To change it, contact your school Office Manager.
EMERGENCY CONTACTS
- List local adults near the school to whom we may release your child or contact if you can't be reached
- Students will only be released to parents, guardians, or the adults listed here
- Emergency contacts will only be contacted by phone; do not include an email address
HOW TO UPDATE
- Click the pencil ✏️ icon to correct or update a contact
- Click if a contact is missing
- Enter name, address, telephone, and relationship code
- Very important: select the appropriate relationship code for each contact — this determines who receives ParentSquare messages
- Click to return to the main Contacts tab, and repeat as needed
- When all information is correct, click
4 • MEDICAL INFORMATION
CHECK ANY HEALTH CONCERNS OR CONDITIONS
- Select any health concerns or conditions your child has and provide the requested information
- If your child has none, select None
- Make any necessary changes, then click
- Click to finish
If additional information is needed, a member of the school health team will contact you.
5 • DOCUMENTS
REVIEW EACH DOCUMENT (AS APPLICABLE)
- Some documents are for your review (read only)
- Some are forms you can download (if applicable) and submit to the school office
- Some are conditionally required; others are optional
- If a document is required for review, check the box at the bottom to acknowledge you've received the information

STEP 1
USING A WEB BROWSER
Aeries has an app that may be downloaded (iOS / Google Play),
but a web browser is recommended for Data Confirmation.
STEP 2
LOG INTO AERIES
NEW FAMILIES RETURNING FAMILIES CREATE A PARENT ACCOUNT IN AERIES LOG IN TO EXISTING AERIES ACCOUNT Check the email sent on July 30 for your student’s
ID & VERIFICATION CODE
Login to your existing account with your
EMAIL & PASSWORD
Click ‘Create New Account.’
Be sure to create your account as a Parent.
Student Accounts cannot change data.
Click ‘Forgot Password’ if necessary.
District staff do not have access to it and cannot change your password.

Families may choose to support the BVAPT fundraiser and purchase kits online until July.
After July:
Families may use the lists below to purchase supplies on their own.
All supply purchases are appreciated, but optional.
We always ensure every child has what they need.
As always, donations of extra supplies from these lists are greatly appreciated.
*Please do not label supplies, as they may be shared in the classroom.
Brands requested are those that have proven to work best in a classroom setting.
