Originally from Southern California, where I earned my degrees and began my teaching career, I have now been a resident of Petaluma and teacher in Bennett Valley since 2012.  I find myself changing schools and the grade level I’m teaching more than most teachers, to date having taught grades 4th, 5th, 1st, 6th, and now 2nd.  While I love spending time with my family, surfing, rugby, music, the great outdoors, and movies, teaching was an easy career choice. It is simply what I was made to do. I look forward to each and every day I spend with my students, and I look forward to every new year.
